Do you support sites outside the United States?
Remote engineering support is available wherever you operate, within U.S. export rules. Onsite warranty support covers 50 miles around our Annapolis Junction campus; onsite support beyond that is scoped into the engagement.
Can managed services be bought on a contract vehicle?
Yes. Services are procured on NASA SEWP and GSA MAS, and alongside hardware on ITES-4H where the vehicle allows. Commercial customers buy direct.
What standards govern your support?
Service management runs to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and information handling to ISO/IEC 27001, both independently audited, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
